Let’s look at some of the things I love. It’s only one more sleep until I am one year old. During my puppy time, there are a lot of things I really love, but some come to mind more than others. Today I’m sharing a few of them with you. Of course, I love my mom a lot! I can’t imagine life without her.
A good chew is something I really enjoy at all times of the day and night. We get a special chew every night before bed, but I have various antlers and wood chews lying around the house. I grab one from time to time and grind away. It feels so good on my teeth.
Furballz are something everyone in our house loves. There is nothing better than grabbing and hanging out with one of the Furballz.
“My” chair is something really special to me. Sometimes Bailie sits on it too, but usually it is all mine! I just love this chair. Mom says I’m a bit of a hoarder as I collect toys and keep them behind the cushion so no one can take them.
Lambie can never be overlooked. He is very special to me. My dog mom and siblings sent him with me when I left for my new home. He has their smell all over him and he wears my first puppy collar which is super tiny. Curling up and napping with him is comforting.
Outside in the yard, I have to say one of the things I love most is all the snow! Racing around in the deep stuff, blazing trails, playing catch me, are all such fun games!
Squirrel smell on our trees is absolutely fantastic! It mesmerizes me into a squirrel trans of some sort! I can sniff and sniff and never get enough.
Sports are something I love, especially the pretty ribbons. I haven’t done a lot of sports yet, but when I have, they have been fun. Saturday I earned my last Q before turning one. Now I have one Q in Advanced Buried Scent Work. I guess I’ll finish that title up when I am one.
Of course, I love my oldest sister Bailie. Yes, I am kind of a pest, but she puts up with me and she even puts on the wild pants with me now and then. Even though we only race for short amounts of time and not that often, I love it. She can be a lot of fun.
Madison can be rather bossy and she likes to teach me things but she is still a really great sister. Most of my walks are with her because Mom says she can handle us best. Olivia is wild like me, and Bailie and I together are super strong, but Madison is well behaved. We both enjoy all our walks. This photo was in Pennsylvania last month.
Finally, I love my sister Olivia. We are the closest in age, and we sure do have a ton of fun together. Mom says we might have more fun than is legally allowed. We chase, wrestle, play games, we do it all. The two of us are happy as clams together! Just like small humans, we too enjoy wrestling and playing on beds. This photo was after a good bed wrestling match.
There are too many things to mention, but these are a few of my favorite things, and they all make me super happy.
My GBGV Life is happy, so weβre joining Comedy Plus for Happy Tuesday!
You have lots of “loves”, Nelson, and we loved reading about all of them! I love my lambies too.
That is so great that you have lambies too! Mine is super special to me.
You are living a life of love with all those fun things you do. And getting a degree in buried scent work sounds great! Such a good life you have. We wish we could go outside and run around a little too. xo
Our cat hasn’t been out in months. He is a summer guy, but we dogs love the cold and snow.
aah we see… the chair is important… oh yes… you are the chairman of your crib now, right?
It’s the man of the house chair, and that is definitely me!
Love makes life complete.
It is a wonderful thing for so many reasons.
My heart smiles when I read this and see the pictures a,
Love that. We all like people to smile and/or laugh when they visit our blog.
They are favorite things for you and your siblings and especially your mom. You’re all so precious.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Scritches all around and my best to your wonderful mom. β₯
Mom loves all the things I do, except for those few times when I am naughty, but she knows I am still learning about everything.
Nelson I love the term ‘puts on her wild pants’ to describe Bailie…just love it.
I’m so happy to know you have a piece of your first loving home with you in your FUREVER LOVING HOME.
Obviously you are 100% a happy boy
Hugs Cecilia
I’m a really happy guy, but in Europe they call our breed the happy breed because we are super happy almost all the time. We all have wild pants and when they come out, look out!
You are well-loved by all your family, Nelson; and we love to see all your adventures!
Even my sisters deal with me when I pester them a bit too much. I’m a lucky fellow.
you sure found a lot of great things to love! I get a Bully stick every day! I love them! Lately I have been getting collagen sticks too! The best! Love, Levi
Mom bought collagen sticks once, but Madison won’t touch them, so she sticks to things we will all eat. We get bully sticks on occasion too. They are yummy.
It really is a wonderful puppy life, isn’t it!
I don’t have many complaints, that is for sure.
You are living your best life for sure Nelson!!
xoxo,
Sunny
It’s the only one I know, but it seems great to me.
What a great list of things to love! We think you have it pretty good Nelson — toys, siblings, exercise, treats, and an AWESOME Mom!!! Hooray! Have a great day. Your friends Chester and Lilly
I think this is a good place to be. Mom says I’m spoiled but we are all spoiled and she is fine with that.
Nelson- you are a sweetheart and we love YOU!
Mom says I am a lover boy.
We see you are roughing it in the COLD North! Your adventures and loves are wonderful to watch and hear about.
We send you greetings for your BIG day and can’t wait to see what you chose for your cake.
Jimmy Parker (I almost was your dad) and Olive.
It would have been fun if you were my dad, but it wasn’t meant to be. I’m happy with who I am and I can’t wait for tomorrow.
You sure have lots of wonderful things to love in your home and you sure are a blessed sweet guy.
It’s a really good dog home, kind of like your place is for all the kitties.
…and we love YOU, Nelson! Happy almost Barkday.
Awww, thank you. I’m enjoying my day today.
