We were getting our kicks on Route 66 over the weekend. Our events were at Purina Farms and we stayed at an Airbnb with our breeder and another person right off this iconic highway. Our navigator always talks about wanting to drive it from start to finish, but she never has. It is fun to see a small portion of it ourselves.
If you know us, you know we love murals. On the way back to the Airbnb the first night we saw this Route 66 mural and had to stop and take a photo. We didn’t even know we were on this iconic highway until we saw the mural. Hopefully we will find this famous roadway in other places across the country in our travels!

We would like to drive the highway from beginning to end, but it probably won’t ever happen. Instead we are taking a piece by piece approach.

Yes, it was a fun find.
You might have to take a long road trip out West – we have the west end of “Route 66” in California.
We would love to drive the whole thing but probably never will get around to it.
Route 66 is on my bucket list. Have fun!
If we do it, it will be in puzzle fashion it seems.

It was so great to see you again. Bailie remembers meeting you with Emma years ago. We had a Grand weekend. Having so many things to do besides showing made it a lot of fun and Mom loved seeing her friends and meeting some new ones too. Keep on Fastcatting!
