Happy November, we’re off to chose our Turkey we’ll be having for Christmas Dinner this year, we do it every year as would hate to buy one that’s not had a nice life living free range, hope you’re all well xxx

We are not ready to think of Christmas yet, just Thanksgiving but we have our bird. It’s better to get one early around here.
I should hope so. This one is pretty cute, but the real ones are rather weird looking.

What a lovely carpet of gold. Tom Turkey is handsome; however, you win my vote Hugs Cecilia

That was the gold before the white yesterday. Now we are going to have a soggy leaf problem in a few days but our lawn isn’t a golf course, so it will be fine.
It is a comfort food day! Can’t beat good food, parades, football AND the dog show from Philadelphia PA ! Plus a 4 day weekend! My kind of holiday!

Mom loves the extra days but we always have so much to do the time flies by way too fast. Thanksgiving is her second favorite holiday of the year as we host and she loves to cook even though she doesn’t eat most of what she cooks anymore.
Happy November and before too long, it will be Thanksgiving day!
The day of the turkey, probably the best food holiday of the year.

Someone looks happy they aren’t a turkey! Alana ramblinwitham
LOL, that is sure true!
Nice picture! All the wild turkeys around us have disappeared.
We see them around here a lot. They actually are causing some traffic problems out by Gramma’s house as they block a big intersection quite often.
You two sure are cute!
Thank you.
Your cuter than the turkey

Perfect segue from Halloween to Thanksgiving. Beautiful too.

Gobble, gobble until you wobble π
ooh
what a tasty day..
You boys would love the feast, but it isn’t very dog friendly.
We need to start turkey and trimmings shopping! Mom always hosts it since grandma died.
We host it at our house. Mom has the bird, the rest we will pick up in the coming weeks.
Poor turkeys, thanks for warning them!
It is a rough time for turkeys.

Turkey day is always a winner around here!
Looks like your nice day in your community.
Coffee is on
The turkeys need to run and hide! It seems they taste too good.
It is not a good time of year to be a turkey, that is for sure!
You both look really adorable!
Happy November πΎ
Thank you. Tom is his name and he is very handsome.
