Yesterday it was time for a little Friday fun in the sun! Fall will be here Sunday, so this is considered our last really good summer romp. It was hot and quite humid but the two of us had energy to burn. Mom calls us her crazies and by the looks of our eyes, she may be correct.
It’s important to have a plan. Nelson was sharing his racing ideas with me and I was listening intently.
Here we are pretending to be a double headed, double tailed GBGV. We can only see one body, which makes us look a bit weird.
Nelson is strong and when he gets himself above me, it is easy for me to lose my balance. That is what happened in this shot when I am laying behind up in the grass.
Mom always says I have such beautiful eyes. Maybe she is right, what do you think?
We raced in circles around the yard and had some real speed going on. Yesterday, we posted this photo of us on our Facebook page.
Nelson got me into a good head lock and then proceeded to chew on my head. Such a funny guy he is.
For me, it wouldn’t be a good fun in the sun run without my intense eyes. It is the look I always have when I’m really running hard. The weather is going to cool off and we are going to get some rain. Fall is going to show up and we are ready!

We had some serious romping time in the heat and humidity and then we came inside and crashed. So fun!
