Our big trip out east has been cancelled. Madison is very ill and we have to stay home to try to get her back in shape. Her liver values are off the chart, she’s not eating and just lays around…for four days now. We are all sad to cancel, including Madison, but health is the most important thing. We will travel again, hopefully in a few weeks. Stay tuned to our Facebook Page for updates on Madison.

It seems that it isn’t as important not to travel as the ER vet said, but still Madison isn’t eating and isn’t feeling good, so it is better for her to be home and Mom’s head isn’t in the right place to drive so far and compete. We have other trials coming up.

We are all pulling for her.
Praying that it is “just ” a fluke like another person said and that she can be on medicine to get her liver back into normal range and have her feeling her old self again.
It’s most likely not a fluke, there are too many changes in a couple organs. Something is going on in there. We will get the test results in the next few days.

We all have our paws crossed, but Mom is pretty concerned. Hopefully the test results will come back sooner rather than later so we can get our minds around what the issue is and think about treatment.

She can’t travel in the condition she is in and Mom can’t drive or trial with her mind all over the place, so we have to stay here and work on getting her back on the road to recovery.
