There’s a new master sniffer in the house! Last weekend I went to the St. Paul Dog Training Club Scent Work Trial on Saturday to do two Master Exterior searches. I only needed one to earn my Exterior Title and overall Masters Title. You could say, I went a bit overboard, as I got a Q in both of my searches! It took me ten searches to earn my first two Q’s and then I rocked these last two, so I have one extra. Would anyone like to buy it as I don’t need it?
It’s awesome to be finished with this title as I started by earning my first title in September 2022 in Buried Hides. That is a tough one to earn but I got it pretty quickly. Last April I earned my Master Interior and Master Container Titles. It makes me smile having my Masters Title and I am only the second GBGV to earn this title, of course, Olivia was the first. Now that I am a master sniffer the only thing left is Detective, but I probably won’t do that. It’s very difficult and you need to be pretty speedy and I like to take my time sniffing.
Mom is super proud of me earning this title and for my work last Saturday. Team Pink can do it if we put our mind to it! Mom even wore all her pink attire for our team in the hope of getting my title. Now on to other things!

I’m happy to be finished now with Scent Work and I can focus on other things. Olivia and Nelson can do the Detective stuff, it would not be something for my search style.

Each organization has their own rules and procedures. AKC is easy in the lower levels but gets tough at the upper levels.
