Mom and I did some gift shopping at dog friendly Patina on the weekend. They have several stores in the Twin Cities and they love dogs. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with some petting and a treat! That is my kind of store.
The only issue I had shopping there is that the floor is pretty slick for my paws. Walking around was fine but if I needed to sit, my back paws would slide away from me. For that reason, Mom took quick photos so I wouldn’t need to worry about my slipping paws.
We don’t decorate for Christmas until after Thanksgiving, but the store was full into Christmas gifts and decorations. It was beautiful in there. This section was gifts for men and Christmas tree decorations.
They had a huge display of super cool stuff for cats. We texted this photo to several friends with cats. If we had a cat, I think we would have bought a couple things.
The other side of the rack was all dog gifts. There was nothing that really knocked our socks off for dogs, so we didn’t get any dog gifts.
We loved the kids section. The tent behind me was adorable. We love all the cute stuffed ornaments too! They have games, toys, clothes, and more. Patina is a great place to get some unique gifts for people and pets of all ages. Mom loves the store because you can find things you don’t see other places.
Finally, I took this shot in the baking/cooking section. They have lots of fun cook and baking books, kitchen accessories, dishes and glassware. As we shopped, several employees and a couple shoppers asked to pet me which I of course, said yes to. It was a fairly short but fun shopping trip.
My GBGV Life is happy, so we’re joining Comedy Plus for Happy Tuesday!

That sure looks like fun. I hope one day I can go shopping with mom! I see you are wearing a slip lead, Bailie. Mom has one coming for me in hopes that it might control my pulling.
We all have slip leads for times when we don’t want to deal with the whole leash and harness thing. It does nothing for pulling with any of us but at least we can’t slip out of it when we pull.
what a super place… we love the dog in the cats shelf….. and you are a very brave girl to walk on a slippery floor… bravooo!!!
It was really only slippery when I sat on it. My back paws kept sliding away from me.
What a fun store!
Mom loves to go there but they have so much she has trouble deciding what to buy.
Bailie what a wonderful store for pups and peeps.
Glad you managed to stay up on at least 3 paws while strolling the aisles.
Hugs Cecilia
It was fun to be there and get lots of attention but my back legs were sliding every time I was sitting.
Mine Mommy would have had a hard time resisting all the cutesy things for pets ‘n’ kids … you were a wise shopper, Miss Bailie! (Next time, wear some puppy shoes!)
It was only sitting that was slippery for me, but I still enjoyed getting lots of attention from the people in the store and some treats too.
Such a cool store and it looks like a really fun place to shop!
They always have fun stuff that one doesn’t find anywhere else.
What a cool store! Mom would love that store.
She has been going to lots of doctors and the verdict is surgery. Lots of friends and my aunties have been visiting. I have been an angel – that is mom’s word not mine. Thanks for the good thoughts. We will let you know how things go! your friend Chester
Bummer with your mom’s ankle. Hopefully the friends and relatives will take good care of the angel when your Mom can’t. We know from experience when the human is broken it is a problem because we all rely on her so we need family and friends when problems arise. We all send your mom speedy healing thoughts.
That looks like a really fun store to wander around in.
Mom loves to go there and see all the stuff they have that you don’t find anywhere else.
Bailie ~ you ‘steal the show’ sweet one ~ store is lovely but you are better ~ not ready for Xmas at all ~ lol ~. hugs
Wishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,

We are not doing anything Christmas at our house until after Thanksgiving but Mom buys gifts all year long when she sees the right thing.
You could be the store model Bailie, that is a very nice gift shop!!

It has so much great stuff Mom can’t buy anything sometimes because she wants too many things.
What a great place! I wish we had one here.
It is a great small chain in our area. Ideal unique gifts.
What a fun adventure. I wish I had been with you. Your mom takes you to the coolest places.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Scritches to the pups and a big hug to mom. ♥
She enjoys the shopping and I enjoy getting petted by others and some snacks too.
What a cute store! And you look totally adorable posing in it.
Thank you. They always have unusual and fun gifts, something for everyone, even those who have everything.
