Does an apple a day really keep the vet away? I sure hope so because every day after lunch, Mom shares her apple with me. Both of us want to steer clear of doctors.

I hope so and I hope the same applies to pears too, Olivia!
Mom loves pears but good ones are hard to find so we have never had one.
Apples are good for keeping the vet away, I hear, as long as you don’t crunch on the core. Enjoy! Alana ramblinwitham
No, no seeds as they are bad for us.
Oh I 10000% agree we all need to do whatever it takes to keep the doc/vet away. You are all active and in motion and that is good

We prefer to remain healthy and I sure do love sharing an apple with my mom.
Yes, apples are a tasty way to keep healthy!
They sure are!
Even if it does not, it still is tasty
True and it is a healthy snack.
We love fruit at our house. Lucy is not a fan of oranges, but she is a participant in popcorn and apples on movie night.
We girls like popcorn too and I love apples. Bailie used to eat them but has no interest anymore.
It is worth trying it to keep the vet and doctor away.

That is always a goal in this house for humans and furry ones.
We’re not sure either, but why take any chances. Your mom is doing it right. I’m glad she shares her apple with you.
Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches to all the pups and a big hug to mom. ♥
I love getting part of her apple, it is super tasty!
Same here Olivia….Rosy isn’t fond of apples, but Mama and I love them!
xoxo,
Sunny
I’m happy Bailie and Nelson don’t want any, it is more for me 🙂
Yum! Just don’t eat the seeds!
No, we never eat the seeds, they are bad for us.
Darling, Olivia! Thanks for the reminder – I have not eaten or shared my apple today yet!
Enjoy!
Apples by themselves may not, but a good, healthy diet will help tremendously. Our food should be our medicine, we create much of our life through what we eat.
We eat a very healthy diet and add healthy things to it like apples or some veggies, things that are good for us.
You’re one smart pup! An apple a day and some love from Mom sound like the perfect recipe for staying happy and healthy. Hope it works for keeping the vet away
A Grand mom and good foods are key!
Oh ~ what a great treat Mom gives you ~ sweet photo ~ hugs,
