Mom loves Mexican and it can be adapted to her vegan whole food way of eating really well. It’s not for everyone.

Yay! Mom is eating her Mexican bean stuff that is all healthy, so I am handling the drinks part.
We like some spicy food here – at least Mom and me (Zachary) do; Mia not so much.
Mom loves spicy but we dogs do not.
