The Vikings season begins tonight, the last two teams in the NFL to get started. I can only hope the Vikes are on top of their game and can cream the bears. The pre-season wasn’t one to give me a good feeling. As we do every year at our house, we will give them a chance to prove they are a good team and hopefully it will be the case.
I’m a big fellow and very sturdy. Mom says I would make an excellent tackle for the team but I prefer to stick to my sniffing. It appears I need to get some new Vikings apparel because I’m too big for most of the shirts we have. Mom’s fit me but the others are all for smaller girls. We are going to wait and see how the season looks before investing in shirts for me.
Anyway, it is fall, leaves are starting to change color and fall around here. It is rather early but we think the crazy weather has the trees confused. SKOL Vikings! Play ball! Let the Vikings Season begin and with a “W”.

No surprise, the first game was a disaster in the beginning but ended up with a “W”. Mom says she thinks most Vikings fans have heart attacks during the games or lose their minds. Why can’t they just play and win like a normal team for a season?
