Today we have a few of the professional photos from the AKC Scent Work Master National. Honestly, they are very disappointing but I chose a few that were sort of nice to post today. Most photographers seem to have trouble with photographing sniff sports but it is still nice to have the memories.
First search of the event, my container search, probably the best photographed.

Random shots from an exterior search and one interior search.

My GBGV Life is joining Comedy Plus for some Wordless Wednesday fun.

We see you sticking your tongue out at your mom, Olivia! We think the photos are great!
Those were the best ones, the rest are not worth even posting. It is rather disappointing as we expected more from the supposedly wonderful photographers.
how concentrated you are at work… wow… your breed really are the best scent hounds of france, it is a pleasure to work with you, we bet
Mom loves working with me and Nelson. We both are really good and hard workers but best of all, we love our job!
Photos may not be your favorites, but they still give a good idea of what is involved. I’m not a dog owner but I can appreciate all the time and training that goes into this (and agility, also). Alana ramblinwitham
These ones were the best, the rest were so uninteresting. We are spoiled with two amazing photographers in the area that really capture things well.
The one under the black table is very nicely captured.
I’m sure most pro photographers believe that any image they manage to capture is better than one the owner would take with their cell phone. They don’t know you probably spend as much time behind a camera as any of the pros.
Nose work is harder to capture than most dogs sports that have “action”. You need to understand what the sport is and capture the feelings and the process. It is not easy but we thought at such an event photos would be better. Still we are always happy for any photos we can get.
Olivia you and Mom are quite a lovely pair. Orange is a great fun color too
Hugs Cecilia
Bright and bold like me, and Mom loves bright colors so it works well. Sometimes I say it is a caution sign to others competing because Olivia is in the trial, LOL!
We do always enjoy seeing you and your Mom at work Olivia.

It is so fun, we could sniff together all the time. Glad you enjoy seeing us at work.
I love seeing all pictures of the puppies.
Olivia and Mom ~ kudos to you ~ enjoyed the photos but am sure you have better ones too ~ sweet memories as you wrote ~ hugs,

Sniffing photos don’t happen very often but we are thankful for the ones we do get. These are the best of what they took of our team. They are good for memories but they are not as good as our local photographer which is disappointing.
Both of you are working so hard. Great shots and I love it that mom is color coordinated. I always look for what color moms shirt, shoes and hair band is going to be. Impressive.
Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches to the pups and a hug to mom. ♥
She matches with the dog in the trial right down to the ponytail holder color. We think it is fun and makes a bigger team feeling.
Those are good pictures – Nosework is really a mental activity (and communication) which probably need thought bubbles above their heads. Nice work, Olivia!
These were the best shots, most of the others were just me walking around. They didn’t understand the sport obviously as they didn’t capture the things that are important. The container search is the only one that was photographed well.
It’s cool to watch you work, in video or in stills.
I love working, it is what I was mean to do in life. Mom loves watching me work too.
Those are all such terrific photos!
They were the few good ones most of the others are just me walking around, nothing to do with searching really.
Such a delightful sight, seeing you and your mom at work, Olivia.
Love the photos as always.
Thank you.
Glad you were able to get some memories from the pro pics. We think you guys look great and show how talented Team Orange is.
We had a great time and did really well. Maybe we will do it again next year.
