Friday was my second vet check up since I moved to Minnesota. My vet loves to see me, as does pretty much everyone. She has another breed but does dog sports with her dogs. I’m hoping to see her at a trial in the winter if I am ready to give it a shot. Everyone I saw gave me lots of loving and petting. It was exhausting but I don’t mind being popular. This time I sat and stayed for Mom to take my photo with the sign. My first visit I would not stay put. Progress, says my mom.
I know the vet has to come into the room through the door, so I sat in the middle of the exam room floor and waited. She examined me and said my heart is strong and healthy, my canine teeth have moved correctly so the big dog teeth will come in as they should. Last time she said the baby ones might need to be pulled but Mom has been pushing them and it worked. Everything else she checked gave me a green light.
This is me laughing because she told Mom how much I weigh and Mom called me a little lunker. One month earlier at my first visit I weighed 13.8 pounds. Mom guessed I am around twenty now. Well, I am 20.4 pounds. I’m growing a lot and my body condition is perfect, so no need to cut back on food, thank dog! It was a nice visit, and now I won’t need to go back until next August unless something happens to me which we hope isn’t the case.

We don’t understand what goes on with things these days. FB is being mean, someone tried to take down our blog on the weekend, it is crazy and Mom doesn’t understand it all.
