The Cannon River in Faribault is a real pretty place to take a nice walk. Our nose work trials were close to the river so we went out for a short walk during the lunch break. It was very hot and humid, but the walking trail was about fifty percent shade.
Olivia’s exercise restrictions have been lifted. Saturday night Mom said she felt the incision was looking so good that Olivia could start to play once again. She will have to wait until Wednesday to go running with us, but play is a huge step! It’s crazy amazing how fast a spay surgery can heal.
The 2020 annual vet visit was different from any we have ever had before. It also fell in National Immunization Month, so of course we “got shot” while at the vet. Olivia is having trouble with the surgery aftercare plan she is supposed to be following. On August 12th, she headed out early with Mom to be spayed. She was so excited to go somewhere, only to find out it was not really a fun outing.
It’s off to Jurassic Park for an Adventure!
Who wants to come along for some beach fun with us? Summer isn’t our season, but if we are at the beach, it is much better. The heat is no fun, so we are looking forward to fall and winter. Before that happens, check out our beach place.
