It’s going to be a this and that Friday. I don’t have one thing to howl about, I have a couple, and I’m ready to let the fun begin. This week I got a mommy and me morning walk. Can you see my paw prints on the asphalt? My paws get all wet in the dew on the grass.
My first birthday gift from Mom, I got to open early. See my bright and shiny pink harness? Well, being short, the underside of my other one was so dirty it was disgusting. Despite regularly washing it, it looked dreadful, so Mom said that three years was a good run, but I needed a new harness. I’m loving it. It is the exact same one, just fresh and clean!
This week has been such wonderful weather! It’s been cool and really low humidity. We have all been playing a lot outside, and sleeping with open windows. Starting today, the heat and humidity return. It was definitely lovely while it lasted!
The best news of all is that Olivia, Mom, and I are heading out on a road trip today. Yes, we have three days of FastCAT and barn hunt booked. All of us are super excited! We’ll keep you posted on any happenings on Facebook or Instagram. Hopefully we will come home with some pretty ribbons, but one never knows. If you are feeling bad for Bailie, don’t. She enjoys being an only dog for a few days and she actually has three local trials coming up later this month. For so long she been on the waitlist and I have gotten the spot, but finally she got in. Mom is interested to see if she is into competing or not.
