Every dog owner knows the importance of waste bags, as what goes in, must come out of every dog. There are many different bags out on the market, but we are really liking the new Friscoโข Premium Waste Bags from Chewy.com!
“Frisco. better pet goods” is a Premium line of Potty Pads and Waste Bags developed by Chewy.com team members! The entire line of Frisco products is only available at Chewy.com.
Features of the new Frisco Dog Waste Bags
1. A variety of sizes
We received a roll of fifteen bags with our dispenser. The rolls will also fit in most any dispenser for waste bags you might have. The bags are also available in a roll of 300 in a pantry pack and a package of 900.ย If you prefer a bag with handles, they are available in a package of 120 bags. Depending on your needs, the bags are available unscented or in a really nice mild cucumber melon scent.
2. Durability
The Frisco dog waste bags are very durable and leak proof, something we find to be of top importance. Nothing ruins a walk like a leaking waste bag! We tested them out even on a long run with the bag flopping around on our bag holder and no problems developed.
3. Large sized
Whether you have one small dog, a dog as big as a horse, or multiple dogs, the Frisco dog waste bags are big enough to hold the waste! I personally measured my bags and they truly are 13×9 inches.
If you are a hunter like me, the large sized bags will also hold a squirrel if you are lucky enough to capture one on one of your walks.
A dog doesn’t want to be rushed to handle a captured squirrel. With Frisco, you can simply bag it, and bring it home for later!
4. Hooks on your leash
If you have a waste bag dispenser, it will hook right on your leash so you have plenty of waste bags for your walk.
These bags are simple to use. We love the size of the bags, and the light scent. We give the Frisco dog waste bags a 4 paws up!
Disclosure: I received one bag of Frisco. dog waste bags and a dispenser from Chewy.com to review as a member of the Chewy Influencer Program. I did not receive any monetary compensation for this review, and I receive no additional benefits for barking about the product or the company. The opinions in this review are my own honest opinions.
Thanks for letting us know about these! We will have to give then a try!
The scented ones smell so nice!
I like that those bags are a larger size.
We like and need big sized bags too!
that bags look great! we currently have thin bags and after having them in the pocket for days my momma gets a bad surprise sometimes … but maybe that is a sign for good luck too when you have it on your hands and not on your paws?
Oh dear, that is not good. Nothing ruins a walk faster than a bag that leaks!
Great review on a poopy subject! You are the best, Emma. XOXO Sparkle
Thanks. I love the way they smell. Mom thought I might actually bite into one!
Someone finally realized giant breed pups need giant breed bags! Our beach pals have two Great Danes – cleaning up after them is a bit of an operation.
Multi pet families can also use big bags. My mom tries to get all our business into one bag since we usually do it about the same time.
OMD…SQUIRREL!!!
Sorry Emma, Arty gets a bit excited about rodents. What a wonderful product!

I understand. I’m the same way with squirrels and wabbits.
We always use doggie bags!

One can never have too many!
We have a brand of poop bags that we love but it is always great to have a back-up brand. โบ
We have a couple now that we love as they are big enough and don’t break, tear, or leak.
I must admit is drives me batty that all the bags are slightly different sizes – I have a favorite dispenser and always have to hunt around to find a roll that fits it.
You would think one standard size would fit all, but then look at cellphone or laptop chargers…they all have a different plug. Such a waste!
Poop bags are essential! I’m liking the large size too Emma. Great job!
They are a must and the big size is really handy for multiple or larger dogs.
Those look awesome!
We like them a lot.
Mr. N is very interested in that bagged squirrel…
LOL! The bags are versatile! I hope they hold up to a squirrel rooting around while being carried!
Holds a squirrel – what a bonus!! The cucumber scent sounds nice – I don’t care for the lavender scent that another company has, but that sounds nice. I also like the super size, since I often use them in our yard for clean up too.
Most scented things are lavendar or like a dryer sheet, but this cucumber melon scent is super pleasant and not overbearing at all.
I never thought of things like that but I guess size really does matter!
You kitties most likely use a cat box, and don’t have a need for bags ๐ We just need a bag liner for the pail with a lid Mom scoops into from the cat box.
So many options on count, very cool! I think they fit a squirrel quite nicely.
With your crew these days, the 900 pack might be just right!
hrm, Maxwell’s sizing up that bag for squirrels, all right. He’s thinking he might send the mama out with one of those. (like she could actually CATCH one? Hrmpf.)
You could also fill such a bag with mice. I need to team up with a hunting cat to catch a squirrel since I can’t figure out how to climb a tree.
My sister and I like to do the “gratuitous poo,” as my humans call it. That’s the second sort of unnecessary poo (to the humans, anyway) that we do on our walks after the first big poo that we really needed to do. So that big bag would be great for us. Was that a little too much poo information?
We like to do a second one if Mom happens to pass a garbage can and has tossed out the bag…she gets so frustrated when we do that!
Thanks for giving us the scoop on poop collection, Emma. Must be something in canine DNA about dropping a second one as soon as the first bag gets ditched. ๐
We like to keep our pet parents busy ๐
I like the Earth Rated bags for all of the reasons you mentioned, except the Earth Rated bags are biodegradable, so I like them for their environmental stance. But I have to say, the cucumber melon smell is very appealing to me. ๐
Not being bio degradable is the only thing the Chewy bags don’t have, but the scent is nice, especially in spring and summer.
Are these bags ecofriendly? I didn’t see that it explicitly said they were, but I’d love to try them if they are.
I did check with Chewy.com when I wrote the post and they are not bio degradable, which is the only drawback for us.
