Miss Madison is now an Official Minnesota Dog! My sisters and I are all Minnesota transplants having been born elsewhere. Bailie and I are Official Minnesota Dogs, and with the bigger snow of about eight inches on Sunday, Madison became one too. Our criteria to become an Official Minnesota dog is simply the ability to enjoy the cold and snow. Madison passed with flying ears and snowflakes.
Enjoy Madison romping in the fresh, powdery snow!
Even when she is snowed in, nothing stops Madison!
And that is the making of an Official Minnesota Dog! Congratulations Madison!
Today, Iβm joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop sponsored by BlogPaws! Donβt forget to stop by and visit some new blogs for fun!
Oh yeah! Those ears are flying. Congratulations, M.
Love and licks,
Cupcake
She was one wild puppy in all that powder!
Exactly, she looks really cute too
She’s a trooper and didn’t let that snow keep her down.
She loves to leap and bound around in the fluff.
I romped in the snow like that when I was a young pup! It was so much fun, and I was leader of the pack! Madison is just pawsome! XOXO, Sparkle
Too bad you can visit Madison and Bailie for a good romp now and then!
Oh boy wish we got all that fun snow
Lily & Edward
We are super happy now that it is cold and we have snow. We are enjoying winter!
Love to see her flying through the air
She loves hopping and leaping. Bailie makes lots of trails, but Madison prefers to make her own.
It looks like Madison and my Rye would be great snow buddies! Rye’s ears fly in the snow, too.
I bet they would have a blast, and Bailie would join in as well! Snow romping is so fun. I don’t do it as much anymore, though.
Yay Madison!!!!!!!! Huge congratulations! I can tell you were having a blast!
There is no hiding the excitement and fun she was having!
So much fun. That must have been so much fun to watch her.
She is a blast to watch!
That was a serious snow romping good time!
We dogs love it, the cats are for some reason not interested.
Congratulations! We would not make it as Minnesota dogs. Brrrr!
If you were here for a bit, you might start to love it too. We could always cuddle and snuggle!
Ahhhh! Look at her go, love those adorable flying ears! Great shots!
Flying dog, ears, and snow!
Madison, it looks like you are having a blast! You can keep all that snow in your home. We’re waiting for beach weather. π
Winter is our favorite season! We are happy as clams!
What a romp!! Sorry to tell you Emma, I would not pass the test. I like snow just fine but not as much as you and your sisters. My sister Lilly loves it! She probably would pass the test!! Enjoy your snowy days. Your doodle friend, Dash
I still enjoy it, but not as much as I used to. The crazies just love it and go wild.
What fun
It sure was!
Dogs in snow are my favorite!
We love it and Mom loves watching us!
couple more inches of snow and she would have disappeared from sight
We are getting another load Friday and Saturday…we may attach a beacon to her back!
What fun! These pictures are great.
Thank you. Madison was really having a good time.
Congratulations, Madison, you’re a natural! That snow doesn’t slow you down one bit! π
She didn’t even use the paths Bailie made for her most of the time. She likes the fresh powder!
Congratulations Madison! Just so you know, romping in the snow is fun and easy, trying to walk on ice and salt covered sidewalks, not, so when you become a Chicago dog I’ll be impressed. Love Dolly
We get the ice and salt here too. We have our boots when that is the case, or when it is below zero like the last few mornings too.
Hurray for Madison! Looks like she is having a blast!
I’m jealous – all dat snow looks like FUN!
It is a lot of fun!
Way to go Madison ! We don’t get snow in December down here in Australia. Instead we head to the beach and play in the refreshing water.
The beach is fun in the summer, but we love winter and snow.
CONGRATULATIONS on Becoming a SNOfficial…. Way to GO.
She is pretty happy about it.
Congratulations on your first big snow, Madison! We have a lot of snow like that right now too. These photos are so much fun. I love seeing how much dogs enjoy the snow. π
We all love the snow. It is so much fun!
GO Madison!!! Wow…she is an expert snow leaper!!!
Smileys!
Dory, Jakey, Arty & Bilbo
She really loves leaping around in it.
Congratulations, Madison!!! Yo sure look like you are having fun!!!
She really had a blast!
It’s heartwarming to see Madison having so much fun in the Minnesota snow! She’s official now, haha!
She has definitely passed the snow test. Now she is working on the below zero test.
OMD, she’s so cute in the snow! I don’t think Rita will ever become a “MN dog” – but we sure would like for her to see snow at least once! (While she’s still young enough to romp in it!)
Every dog should experience snow and an ocean beach at least once.
Puppies and snow are the best! We had about 4 inches fall today and it’s nice dry snow the dogs can run around in. Walter loved leaping and jumping through it – enjoy it Madison!
The first snow of the year is always the best snow! We are hoping for more of it this weekend!
Oh my gosh, how fun! π
It was super fun!
Madison sure had fun!
The first powder snow in life is the very best!
She is adorable and you got some amazing shots of her enjoying her first big snow!
Thank you. We are glad we captured some of her fun.
What joie de vivre little Madison has for the snow. Please give her ours. Love the ears flopping between the flakes! π
She loves to leap and bound in the white powder.
Great photos!
Mum says all that snow looks fun but I’m not so sure π
Purrs xx
Athena
My cats have no interest in it either.
Oh, she is having so much fun! We haven’t had a snow yet. I can’t wait to see what the puppies think!
Puppies first snows are always the best. Watching them “figure it all out”.
That’s some serious snow! We only have about 2 inches over here. And even that little smattering is too much for Sinead. She is contemplating a poop strike until spring comes!
Jean from Welcome to the Menagerie
Oh my! We are getting another nice load later today and tomorrow. We love it!
Madison having fun in the snow reminds me of Callie and Shadow playing in the snow their first time – though our snow doesn’t last as long or get as deep as yours.
Those two just love romping in the snow!
Snow days are the best! This is our first time barkin’ by your blog…hope we become good furfriends π
We are winter lovers at our place! Thank you for coming by!
Nice dog! Madison is so energetic!
