The goodness I’m howling about is Chicken, Spice + Everything Nice™ a Merrick Limited Edition, Seasonal Recipe. If nothing else, it sure sounds like a nice meal!
I took a few minutes to read about what was in the can, the recipe. It’s good to know what exactly you are about to eat, or at least I like to know. Turns out it is a grain free recipe with chicken, lamb, peas, carrots, herbs, and all that served up in a gravy! Yum!
You know I love to be festive, and this review is nothing new. I thought with the chicken as the first ingredient, I would go with a chicken theme for my table. The table does look fantastic and inviting even if I do say so myself!
Believe it or not, tasting is my favorite part of the review process. My helper served up a nice portion of Chicken, Spice + Everything Nice into my fancy china bowl. My willpower was working hard keeping me from diving right into my meal. It smelled so good!
Let’s have a close up of our winter mealtime goodness before I start eating and make a mess of it all, shall we? You can see some chunks of meat, and the peas and carrots. Oh boy! This is going to be good!
My photographer didn’t have to tell me twice! I was into my meal as soon as she said, “go”! Having a beard in this case is a good thing as it will retain some of the food for later!
Now I am officially a member of the clean and polished dog bowl club. I licked the bowl so clean, it could go right back into the cupboard. Never mind the large chicken squawking next to me at the table, focus on my tongue. I’d say from the look of my tongue, this Chicken, Spice + Everything Nice recipe from Merrick is perfect! Keep your dog from being bored, serve this limited edition winter mealtime recipe. Your dog will thank you!
