We had some family fun in the backyard the other day. The sun was shining. Temps were not too hot or too cold and we took turns having fun with our fur siblings. Nelson is definitely getting more comfortable at our house and with us. His sit and stay is improving every day too.
Olivia loves to grab a toy and play keep away. Nelson thinks it is fun to chase her, even though he is far to small to catch up to her right now.
I love to roll around on my back in the grass when it is nice out. It is a perfect way to scratch those places I can’t reach.
Nelson studies us and tries to do what we are doing. Bailie lets him follow her, but she doesn’t like him to get too close.
The little fellow is super sniffy. He is always sniffing out something. I have no idea what he is so interested in.
Olivia spends the most time with Nelson, and sometimes she even lets him get pretty close. Don’t tell anyone but it was seen that he was sleeping up against her back when she was sleeping the other night!
I don’t have much interest in Nelson. He can have his family fun with Bailie and Olivia. I do follow him around sometimes, though, to see what he is up to.
You all know Olivia has her jumbo pillow paws, and Nelson has pretty big paws himself. Well, watch out little Nelson because those pillow paws will get you!
And just like that, Nelson is flat on the ground. No harm done, and he will come back for more, guaranteed! Fur siblings and a nice fenced in yard make for some good outdoor fun which makes us all happy!
My GBGV Life is happy, so weβre joining Comedy Plus for Happy Tuesday!
What fun! You and Nelson have us laughing out loud at those last two pictures, Olivia!
Mom says we will be besties and get in lots of trouble together. I have no idea why she would say that.
Fun with Bailie, Madison (you,) Olivia, and Nelson! Nelson must play better than Puffin did with me. She arrived here very tiny at 8 weeks old, and immediately started grabbing my long, beautiful ears! Ouch, puppy teeth! I tried to totally ignore her for 2 whole days, then I cavedβ£XOXO Sparkle
He doesn’t grab us at all, thankfully. It’s been over a week and we are starting to all settle in and find our places.
Nelson you are full of spunk and fun.
Madison I had to laugh a bit…my Madi(son) was never overly impressed when our human Daughter and son in law visited. Not sure why except she THOUGHT she was the Diva of the family. She liked by son in law. I guess once a diva, you always have that royal scent which Madi detected on her human Sis.
Hugs Cecilia
Mom says I have a lot of my late half sister Emma in me. She was a true diva.
Outdoor fun is a good thing indeed and having a good fence is good too. So important to protect your babies.
Looks like Nelson is settling in just fine. So cute. All your furbabes are cute.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Scritches to all the furbabes and my best to your peeps. β₯
Nelson is himself now and getting into lots of trouble as puppies do. We are learning to live with him.
That was lots of family romping time fun, way to go Nelson, keep learning!
He is always learning and trying new things – good and bad.
that’s so great to see you 4 ..the fantastic four… that’s a perfect name for you ;O)
Some day we will all be able to sit together. Right now it is too much chaos.
I love how every interaction which each of the dogs thatβs different. Poor Nelson has to get used to three of them
Poor us! We have to live with a crazy puppy!
You are all having so much fun! We love to see those action shots.
We have all been really wired up with some nice weather after so much gloomy weather for weeks.
Looks like Nelson is fitting right in!

He is doing pretty well. Lucky for him, he has lots of confidence and we have lots of patience.
What fun! Can’t wait to see him elbow to elbow in the kitchen making cookies with the girls! He sure is handsome!
He will probably only want to eat, and not bake!
Nelson has to sniff everything for an extra long time, all the smells are new to him. All of you certainly know how to have fun!
He loves to sniff!
wish you lived near me, I would send Levi over to run around in your yard!
That would be really fun!
Such fun to watch as Nelson learns the rules and pecking order in the pack.
He doesn’t give up and is making some progress.
