I 100% agree. I am slowly getting back to my daily treks after nursing my strained lateral medial ligament in my right knee. I am up to 3 brisk walks a week. Yesterday was my longest to date 1.8 miles. The older than dirt knee was a bit sore. I iced it then warmed it with a heating pad a OK today which is my rest day. Hugs cecilia
