Being a dog blogger is exhausting! Sometimes when I’m typing up my posts, I just have to stop and rest my hound nose on the keyboard for a bit.
Today, Iβm joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop sponsored by BlogPaws! Donβt forget to stop by and visit some new blogs for fun!
It sure can be exhausting, but you look adorable even when your exhausted.
Typing with paws is not easy as you know!
I’m with you on this Emma! Love Dolly
I think a lot of us dogs get worn out from blogging.
we agree π
It must be real tough with that one paw all wrapped up!
I’m sure it is tiring especially having to look so cute all the time.
Living with the mom paparazzi is not always easy, but I do enjoy the attention.
I so agree… and sometimes when I rest my head on the keyboard I write the funniest comments… sadly no one can read it hehehe
I try to remember to turn off the computer before I rest on the keyboard to avoid pages of nonsense typing!
Don’t blame you. It is a hard job!
It can really wear a pup out!
Too stinkin’ cute!!! DakotasDen
Tired but cute π
Lol…It is hard work, but you do it so well!
It’s hard work, but rewarding work. I love working on blog posts but I need more rest sometimes.
Very cute photo of you, Emma.
Thank you.
Agree, totally exhausting! We deserve more vacation time and TREATS!
Vacation time is nice, but I really love the more treats thing!
I hear ya, Emma. Just thinking of blog topics put me right out.
I imagine it is even more tiring for you cats since you sleep a lot more than we dogs sleep!
Nice specs Emma!
It is certainly hard work when you care about your work & your readers.
Good on you my furiend.
nose nudges,
Olivia
It’s work I really love, but it does wear a dog out.
Enjoy your rest. It is exhausting
I’m lucky I have my staff to help out here and there.
Oh, Emma! Maybe you need a little vacay? Somewhere with lots of wabbits π
Now that would be my kind of vacation! Maybe an island inhabited only by wabbits so I could hunt off leash all day and night.
lol. Especially for a pro like you, Emma! Maybe you should get your sisters to help with more of the workload! π
I am giving more responsibility to Bailie, but Katie isn’t doing well, so she is doing less, and I can’t let cat bro Bert do more or he might attempt a takeover!
It sure is Emma. Wynston definitely feels your pain!
I bet he does. It is fun and rewarding, but tiring.
There is definitely a lot of work involved in blogging!
Many think it is just a few snapshots and some words, but it sure is a lot more than that, but I love it and so does my staff. We just need ample nap time.
It certainly is exhausting! Everyone pup needs a break now and then.
We dogs need more cat naps!
It is not all fun and games when you are a serious dog blogger, Emma. We will have to discuss a pay raise together at the conference. You know, present a united front to our parents.
One of the biggest challenges is managing the moms behind the blog. They are always getting off track and needing to be wrangled in!
It is a LABOR OF LOVE…. butt it is Hard sometimes… we find NAPPING OFTEN helps.
I’m trying to learn from the felines in the house who are taking cat naps all the time.
Too cute, Emma! π You’re definitely right! It’s exhausting!
It’s constant work, but it is rewarding. Managing my staff is the most exhausting!
Did you type any words with your chin furs?
In the past I have typed pages and pages of nonsense, but I have learned to turn the computer off first and then nap.
Oh how studious
Lily & Edward
I’m a pretty smart hound!
Dog bloggers are definitely very hard workers, and sometimes a little snooze is in order!
Absolutely! Sometimes my mom even lies down on the floor for a power nap with us.
Don’t let them work you too hard Emma. Everyone needs time off for some relaxation and fun.
I need to keep my mom busy to wear her out as she is an energy bundle, but it tires me out first! We have lots of fun, no worries there.
You earned a darn good snoozy!
Thank you. I agree.
I can only imagine. All that creativity oozing out can wipe a pup from all her energy! We’re so happy you push through – just for us!!
I always have to think of my fans, friends, and family. You all keep this pup going.
That’s the truth! We were so exhausted we took a week off. All the doggies and humans went on separate adventures for Memorial Day weekend.
One of these days we might take a vacation from the blog too. It’s been nice taking weekends off for sure.
Love those glasses, E. The diamonds on the sides are everything! You rock!
Love and licks,
Cupcake
I love to be fashionable as much as I can!
We all need a break once in a while, Emma! As long as you don’t drool on the keyboard, you’ll be ready to type up your next wonderful post very soon!
Thankfully, I don’t drool, but Bailie on the other paw does. I have to watch her when she is typing posts!
But Emma, exhaustion looks so good on you! I’m glad you turn off the keyboard before you snooze- saves embarrasment and electricity!
Turning of the keyboard is definitely a must!
I agree! I’m getting a late start to WW and I think we both may need to fire our agents. They need to spend more time blogging! Love the glasses.
I do so much of the work for the blog it really is tiring, but my staff does help out as much as they can.
This picture is just toooo adoarble!! The glasses look very good on you!! You look so smart! Try not to drool over mommy her computer! Haha
Thank you. Luckily, I’m a dog who doesn’t drool. I do have the keyboard off before I nap on it, though.
Mr. N agrees with you! Until you walk in their paws..
Poor Mr. N doesn’t even have much of a staff to help our like I do. He really works like a dog!
And an adorable hound nose it is!!
Mom says it’s my most valuable asset!
Heh. My Popoki does this on my keyboard, too. I’ve sent some strange email messages, due to her fast-moving feet, shuffling while she sleeps!
Jean from Welcome to the Menagerie
Oh yes, I know how that goes!
