My sisters got their wild pants on this weekend when the temperatures cooled off. None of us, including my mom, are fans of summer as we don’t like heat and/or humidity. It has been in the 80’s a lot, so a couple days in the 60’s got the crazy girls all fired up!
Madison, our Miss Sassy Pants had a bit of a talking to from Bailie before the wild times would begin.
Once the rules were set, it was off to the races! Full speed ahead! Race like the wind!
Bailie gets so much speed going, she is actually airborne at times!
The G-Forces seem to contort Madison’s furry face as she picks up her pace!
Even at full speed, the wild ones manage to wrestle while running.
If they are not racing full speed, they are definitely wrestling, biting, and chewing on each other. Madison likes to push her big sister around a bit.
Sometimes Mom worries about the size difference, but Madison never quits, and always goes back for more. Obviously, she is able to hold her own.
No matter how much fun they have, at some point the wild pants have to come off, and one of the two will surrender. This day, Madison did the four paw up surrender, but typically it doesn’t last very long!

They are so much fun to watch! Reminds me of Callie’s and Shadow’s (much) younger days. ❤️ Now Shadow watches Ducky chase the squirrels and run the fence lines with the neighbors’ dogs.
They are a lot of fun for Mom to watch too. I don’t play chase anymore, and I don’t even run the fence with the neighbor dogs anymore. I prefer to go for a nice walk.
I’m so happy that Bailie has someone to keep her on her paws! BOL!
They are a perfect match. Even though Bailie is three years older, I think they have about the same maturity level.

She has short legs, but they can really move.
We’ve been enjoying some nice cooler weather, too. Barley still thinks 60s are too warm, though, so she gives up long before Rye is ready and I have to take over with entertaining the tiny terror. It looks like your sisters really had a great time together!
Bailie is the one who really tires quickly in the heat, but the cooler days have energized her.
