Oh deer…I think I may have overdone it with stealing cousin Bowie’s cat food at Gramma’s house on Christmas. I only cleaned out his bowl four times in twenty four hours, but I don’t think my tummy is happy about that today! I’ll just hang out with my Furballz buddy until I feel better. Mom says I might start to meow, and that has me terrified! A possible, “no more cat food” may be an upcoming New Year’s Resolution!
Oh no! Poor Bailie! Hope you feel better soon, sweetie!
Mom always tells Bailie to stop eating everything she finds, but she loves to eat, so it can be a problem.
Uh oh. I think that lots of peeps will be joining you in resting today. At least it wasn’t the kitty litter box that you cleaned out. That’s a Lab’s favorite naughty thing to do! Merry Day After Christmas! Supervising our puppy with family here is exhausting – sorry that I’ve been MIA.
With clumping litter that can be real dangerous. Bailie cleans out cat bowls at home too if they are left unattended at the right moment. She just likes to eat. Puppy supervising is tough, but my mom loves having a little one around.
Too cute, you might start to meow. If you do, you will be famous. Don’t feel bad, dogs do love cat food. Hope you feel better soon.
I sure hope my sister doesn’t start to meow as it would be embarrassing for us all. On the other paw, maybe she could make a lot of money meowing. I will keep an eye on her to see if she starts to make funny cat noises.
Oh no, we hope your tummy feels better! Hey Bert, you might need a bigger litter box!
I sure hope my sister doesn’t turn into a cat. I really like her as a hound!
Don’t feel too bad, Bailie, we all tend to overindulge on Christmas. We hope you feel better soon!
We all did eat our share and then some, but evidently Bailie is the only one who ate cat food.
Sounds like a good resolution.
No cat food, no exploding pillows… It’s easy to make a list for Bailie!
Uh Uh…..Feel better fast. New years eve is around the corner.
I’m sure she will recover quickly, but hopefully she will leave the cat food alone.
Bailie, Bailie, Bailie!!! if you make that resolution, you’d better keep it! Elbe has the same issue, but not with cat food – he eats anything. Hope you feel better fast!! If you start Meowing, I know a cat that was raised by a momma beagle and he barks when he is excited so beware!
Oh no! That scary! Bailie also is an eat everything girl. Mom constantly has to watch her on walks as she will eat anything she finds.
I hope your tummy feels better soon, Bailie! Kitty treats must be pretty tasty. I’ve never met a kitty before.
It was just our cousin’s normal food, not even treats! Bailie is a bit crazy when there is food around.
You poor baby. It was very good at the time, but not so much now. I hope you feel better and soon. I’m also pretty sure that you won’t be meowing. Just saying.
Thanks for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a woof woof Wordless Wednesday. My best to your mom. β₯
Unless it will make Bailie rich, we sure don’t want her to meow. I think my mom was trying to scare her.
poor baby, you might just start meowing! i hope you feel better and maybe you wont be such a little piglet next time. you left your poor cousin hungry.
I think cousin Bowie was glad to see us go. He lives alone normally, so when we come it gets pretty lively.
Bailie, take it easy today and it will all pass…
LOL! It will all pass…right out the other end! My sister gets herself in some crazy predicaments.
oh no Bailie!! You musn’t eat the cat food! You can get super sick from it………hoping you are ok! xoxo
I’m always trying to steal it at home, but it was super available at Gramma’s house, so I helped myself. I’m surviving.
Ugh! I guess some lessons just have to be learned the hard way. I’m sure Furballz with help.
I would steal it again probably. When it comes to food, I don’t learn lessons very well! Furballz is a huge comfort.
Oh, Bailie! You look so pathetic. I am sure you will do it again next time you are at your Grammie’s home. I was naughty yesterday too. XOXO, Sparkle
Whenever we visit Gramma, I run in and head for the food bowl every time. Usually it is put away, but with Christmas, the humans forgot. Naughty is the new nice, right?
It would be wise to swear off cat food, it can cause pancreatitis in pups, which would cause a stay at the vet!
No thank you! I don’t like to go to the vet. They are nice people, but they do weird stuff to me and my mom lets them get away with it!
Madison!! Bailie is a funny dog. Weβve known lots of pups who like cat food too. Hope she feels better. Mom is the one who overdid it in our houseβ Christmas cookies!! We are home and Iβm so happy!! My own bed again. Have a good day. your friend Lilly
We love to travel, but the best is being back home in our own house, beds, our stuff, and the yard. Glad you are home safe.
I luv cat food too, but it don’t luv me back.
I think they name it cat food because it is just for cats, but Bailie can’t resist it.
Uh oh…Poor Bailie, hopefully she’ll feel all better tomorrow.
xoxo,
Rosy, Jakey & Arty
She tends to think with her mouth sometimes. I’m sure she will be fine.
Oh dear…hopefully your tummy is all better and you can enjoy the days leading up to New Years. Feel better.
Bailie bounces back pretty quickly. She is one who eats the wrong stuff now and then.
