Happy Decoration Day! We decided to call it that rather than Memorial Day as it is more cheery. For you we also decorated ourselves a bit to celebrate this holiday. I decided to go with the pinwheel theme to decorate myself.
Bailie decided to go the a hodgepodge look, but mainly, she wanted to offer everyone a bouquet of red, white, and blue flowers. As you can see by her glasses, she is being a star!
Olivia refuses to hold anything in her mouth, but she doesn’t mind wearing things. She went with a more patriotic flag theme. It is normal for her to have lots of ants in her furry pants, which makes posing a bit more difficult. Her personality is very similar to Bailie’s. I think that explains why she also chose star glasses!
We’ll be enjoying the extra day this weekend, and plan on putting our paws up and relaxing. Hopefully you will have some good down time too. Stay safe!

My mommy said when she was a little girl in Buffalo they called it Decoration Day! She says that brings back sweet memories. 🙂 You all look so festive and beautiful.
