It’s double good when we are both doing it!
My pups often post that way. They test the air to make sure it is safe for me I guess.
We like to imagine all the things that go along with the smells.
double sniffing? we bet then you can get much much more of that fab smells in the air…
We can compare out notes when we finish sniffing.

Olivia and I have a lot of similarities even though we try to pretend we don’t. Mom says our scent behaviors are really a lot alike.
Looks like it’s still winter there, but maybe they can smell spring in the air!
Spring is in the way and our snow is melting. We are not fans of it, but it happens so we deal with it.

Was the neighbor barbequing? What a pair of cuties.
No, the wind was coming from the farm just down the road, so cow scent was in the air.
Is it a bear? The bears around here have awakened and on Tuesday all the dogs in the village were yodelling! Whatever it was, it looks like it smells interesting.
There is a lot of farm land less than a mile from us and the wind was coming from there. The closest farm has a lot of cows which we can smell really well.
Oh, i’ll bet there are some wonderful smells out there right now!
Spring does awaken a vault of smells. It will be on and off again for a few weeks while we switch back and forth from winter to spring.
Did you tell what you smelled? You dogs are good at keeping those secrets. Luke will never tell me! 🙂
Mom could smell it too, but she doesn’t like that smell. It’s the farm down the road that has cows.
